PERSONALIZED SEQUENCES

For those who want to practice on their own time, I create sequences based on your needs. You'll receive a video of me instructing you through the sequence, the accompanying audio file, a physical copy breaking down the sequence pose by pose, and a 20-minute Zoom consultation to answer any questions you have. Fill out the form below being as specific as you'd like.
